Sandra Askegaard

Sandra Askegaard has an extensive background in business development, strategy, and digital transformation. Sandra is currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Business Architecture at Andel since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Strategic Advisor at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping from 2021 to 2023, where they played a vital role in defining the center's sustainable strategy and mission.

Before that, Sandra worked for A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2015 to 2021 in various roles. Sandra served as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Business Design, Transformation Office, contributing to the development of the Strategy-to-Execution framework and the Platform operating model. Sandra also represented Maersk in the Digital Container Shipping Association, defining the Industry Blueprint. Prior to these roles, they held positions as Senior Manager in Enterprise Business Architecture, Head of Customer Experience & Service Design, and Process Design Manager, where they made significant contributions to business service management, service design implementation, and simplification programs.

In 2015, Sandra briefly worked as a Business Development Consultant at Business Development Services (BDS). Previously, they held senior positions at Aon Private Consulting A/S from 2011 to 2014, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Analytics Officer, where they led analytical teams, developed standardized reports and models, and implemented changes in the organization. Sandra also worked as a Financial Analyst, supporting the development of an in-house analytics department.

Additionally, Sandra pursued math and sociology at level A at Rungsted Gymnasium from 2001 to 2004. Alongside their formal education, they also earned a PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2016, and a BPMN 2.0 certification from BPMessentials Certification in 2015.
