Søren Hansen

Søren Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Søren began their career as a Project Lead at Det Danske stålvalseværk A/S in 1998 and worked in this role until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they served as an Indkøbsingeniør Design to Cost at DSB, focusing on cost reduction in materials and processes. In 2004, they joined Axellus AS as an Electrical Engineer and HSE Manager until 2007. Søren then worked as a Technician at Bavarian Nordic A/S from 2007 to 2008. Subsequently, they had a long tenure at DONG Energy from 2008 to 2020, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Project Lead. Søren continued their career at Ørsted from 2017 to 2020 as a Project Lead and at Andel from 2020 to the present, also in a Project Lead capacity. Most recently, in 2021, they joined NEXEL as a Project Lead.

Søren Hansen completed their B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Engineering College of Copenhagen from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended the teknisk skole from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued a degree as an elektrikker. Additionally, they completed their 10 klasse from Marie Mørks Skole. No specific field of study was mentioned for the latter two education experiences.
