Ken H.

Ken H. has over 30 years of work experience. Ken began their career in 1989 as a Project Manager and Project Engineer for multiple companies. In 1997, they took on the role of Information Center Manager at SUPERVALU. Ken then moved to Wells Fargo in 1998 as a Strategist and Enterprise Architect, Senior Technical Manager. In 2002, they became President of Trax Technologies. In 2004, they became General Partner at KCH Holdings, LLC. In 2017, they took on the role of COO at STYR Labs Inc., where they worked on an innovative nutrition customization and tracking platform. In 2009, they became Partner at Performance Edge Partners. In 2020, they became Chief Experience Officer at Quantum5, LLC. Finally, in 2018, they became CEO at Ander, where they worked on reimagining the employee experience.

Ken H. received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Materials Sciences and Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 1991 and 1996. Ken then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Senior Executive emphasis from the University of St. Thomas between 1999 and 2001.
