Chad Sproule

Chad Sproule, CSP, is the Director of Environmental Health and Safety for Shoestring Valley Holdings, where they lead safety strategy and cultural alignment across various industries, including general contracting and steel fabrication. With a decade of experience at Andersen Construction, Chad helped transform its safety program into a nationally recognized model of proactive engagement and empowerment. Prior to this, Chad served as an EHS and Operations Manager at SAT, and began their career as a Wildland Firefighter for the State of Idaho and a Combat Medic in the US Army. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Boise State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Denver, along with completion of an Executive Development Program at the University of Washington.
