Vicky Elkin

Vicky Elkin has extensive work experience in the legal field. Vicky started their career as a Law Clerk at the United States Federal District Court from May 1999 to September 2001. Vicky then became an Attorney at Trout Jones Gledhill Fuhrman, P.A., a boutique law firm specializing in various areas of law, where they represented individual and corporate clients in business formation and litigation, civil and commercial litigation, construction contracts and claims, domestic relations, employment law, and insurance coverage and defense. Vicky worked at Trout Jones Gledhill Fuhrman, P.A. from September 2001 to September 2011.

In September 2011, Vicky Elkin joined Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) as the Vice President of Risk Management and General Counsel. ESI is a general contracting and construction management firm known for its excellence in constructing various types of buildings. Vicky's responsibilities at ESI included advising company owners, board of directors, and project management; managing outside counsel; overseeing litigation; developing and overseeing vendor/subcontractor qualification program; contract review and negotiation; advising and training project teams; managing insurance program and claims; and being involved in employee management and processes. Vicky held this position until February 2016.

In March 2016, Vicky Elkin transitioned to Andersen Construction as the Vice President of Risk Management and General Counsel. Andersen Construction is a construction manager and general contractor known for its expertise in technically challenging projects. Vicky's role at Andersen Construction includes overseeing risk management and legal matters for the company. Vicky is responsible for ensuring quality delivery of projects within budget and on time. Vicky is currently still working with Andersen Construction.

Vicky Elkin attended the University of Idaho College of Law from 1996 to 1999. However, no degree or field of study is specified for this educational period. Additionally, Vicky obtained a certification as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) in January 2021.
