Aksana Chaban

Aksana Chaban is currently the Deputy Head of the Lead Generation Department at Andersen, where they have worked for over four years, progressing from an outreach specialist to a leadership role. Aksana builds systems and structures for complex lead generation operations, manages team performance, and optimizes workflows for a department of over 140 individuals. They have led initiatives to launch new verticals, mentor team members, and ensure technical excellence across processes. Prior to their experience at Andersen, Aksana taught English as a foreign language at a secondary school from 2018 to 2020. Their expertise lies at the intersection of operations, people, and technology, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies in lead generation and sales operations.
