Alina Tkach

Alina Tkach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer service management. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Andersen Lab since February 2020, Alina leads strategic digital initiatives within the FinTech department to enhance customer experiences and optimize business processes. Prior to this role, Alina held various positions at Elastic, including Head of Digital Transformation and Head of Business Development, where responsibilities included growing visibility for open source initiatives and managing community engagements. Alina's earlier experience includes customer service management roles at Zalando SE and Wipro, emphasizing customer satisfaction and team collaboration. Alina holds a Master's degree in Cologne-Rotterdam Executive MBA from the University of Cologne Business School and a degree from Kyiv Cooperative Institute of Business and Law.
