Artem Surmach

Artem Surmach is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Marketing Lead at Andersen Lab since July 2025, Artem previously held the position of Head of Marketing and Product Owner at Zolak from August 2022 to July 2025, where significant achievements included building a marketing function and a cross-functional team, leading to over 350 qualified leads generated through optimized processes. Earlier roles include Head of Marketing Department at Jay.devs and Head of Marketing at Armytek Optoelectronics Inc., where Artem focused on market analysis, strategy development, and implementation of CRM systems, overseeing teams of 12 and 3 members respectively. Artem holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, completed in 2015.
