Eduard Bukata

Eduard Bukata serves as the Head of Personnel Department at Andersen Lab since August 2021, overseeing a team of 15 employees and ensuring compliance with labor laws across multiple countries. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing departmental KPIs, and improving personnel processes. Prior to this role, Eduard held various positions in HR within the company, including Head of HR Cluster for Hungary, Germany, and Lithuania, where the focus was on establishing administrative processes and ensuring compliance with local legislation. Eduard's experience is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Jagiellonian University and a leadership role as Chairperson of the Board at Fundacja im. Emeryka Hutten-Czapskiego from April 2021 to August 2023.
