Evgeniya Lugina

Evgeniya Lugina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Regional Director for Central Asia at Andersen Lab since July 2019. In this role, Evgeniya focuses on developing regional sales across multiple domains, utilizing strategic channels to attract new customers. Prior to this, Evgeniya was the Assistant of Head in the Financial Technologies Department at Andersen Lab, responsible for establishing partnerships with clients, facilitating product development, and managing internal team processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Organization Manager at Adukar, where Evgeniya honed skills in client communication and service delivery. Evgeniya holds a Master's degree in History and Political Sciences from Belarusian State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Kent and another Bachelor's degree in History from Belarusian State University.
