Irena Marcinkowska

Irena Marcinkowska is an experienced professional in customer experience and business development, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Andersen Lab since March 2021. In this role, Irena focuses on maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, establishing strategic relationships with clients, and managing customer escalations. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager at Ailleron and Business Development Manager at ASTEK Polska, Irena developed tailored value propositions for FinTech services, engaged senior executives, and maintained long-term client relationships. Irena began a career in business development as a Key Account Manager at wszystko.pl and a Junior Account Manager at the London Stock Exchange Group, where Irena built trusted advisor relationships and drove revenue growth. Irena holds a Master’s degree in Law, Administration and Economics from the University of Wroclaw and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Warsaw.
