Joanna Mickiewicz

Joanna Mickiewicz is a seasoned professional in business development and innovation management, currently serving as the Growth and Innovation Manager at Andersen Lab since January 2022. In this role, Joanna develops value propositions for new clients, assesses digital transformation requests, and collaborates with sales management to strategize and identify opportunities. Prior to this, Joanna held positions including Business Development Manager at Relativity and Account Relationship Manager at Cognizant, with a foundational role as Account Manager at Toptal. Joanna holds a Master’s degree from Uniwersytet SWPS and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Wyższa Szkoła Języków Obcych im. Samuela Bogumiła Lindego.
