Lukas Richter

Lukas Richter is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in custom software development for manufacturing and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Head of Technology Innovation at Andersen Lab since April 2022, Lukas is responsible for shaping technological vision, managing strategic projects, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Lukas held various leadership positions at CGI, including Head of Innovation and Head of Digital, where responsibilities encompassed product development, innovation strategy, client engagement, and digital campaign management. Additional experience includes project management roles at COSMO CONSULT and Deloitte, where Lukas focused on project delivery, risk management, and business analysis. Lukas holds a Master’s and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the Technical University of Munich.
