Matvey Rebeka

Matvey Rebeka has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Matvey currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Andersen Lab, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BIOCAD as the Head of HR admin and C&B from October 2021 to March 2023, and as a Senior HR partner from November 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining BIOCAD, Matvey was associated with GAZPROM Germania GmbH as an HR Business Partner from March 2020 to November 2020, and as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist from December 2018 to March 2020. Matvey also worked as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus from November 2015 to December 2018.

Matvey began their career as a Labor Relations Specialist at General Motors from September 2011 to November 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at TNS Russia group and as a Trainee in the HR Department at Noginskyi JSC in 2011 and 2010 respectively.

Matvey Rebeka attended Saint Petersburg State University from 2005 to 2012. During this time, they studied economic sociology, business school, and the economy of labor.
