Olga Morozova

Olga Morozova is an experienced IT Recruiter with a robust background in talent acquisition, currently working at Andersen Lab since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruiting efforts, optimizing candidate management processes, and supporting hiring managers. Previously, Olga served as a Senior IT Recruiter at Egnyte from October 2017 to June 2021, managing various IT recruitment projects, enhancing candidate experiences, and fostering relationships within the IT community. Olga began in recruitment as an IT Recruiter, developing skills in job description writing, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
