Roman Poliakov

Roman Poliakov is a seasoned IT recruiter with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at Andersen Lab since June 2021. In this role, Roman excels in developing and reporting on hiring plans, publishing job ads, and collaborating with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications. Prior to Andersen Lab, Roman worked at AUTO1 Group from February 2019 to May 2021 as an IT Recruiter, where responsibilities included sourcing and recommending IT candidates, building networks, and improving recruitment processes based on candidate feedback.
