Stepan Pobigailo

Stepan Pobigailo is a Senior IT Recruiter at Andersen Lab since June 2021, responsible for developing quarterly and annual hiring plans, creating job advertisements, networking with potential hires, collaborating with hiring managers, and conducting candidate screenings and interviews. Previously, Stepan worked as a Recruiter at Nielsen from November 2019 to May 2021, managing full life-cycle recruitment and focusing on diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Recruiter at ERGO Technology & Services from September 2017 to October 2019, where skills in candidate attraction and interview facilitation were honed. Stepan holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
