Zofia Cibicka

Zofia Cibicka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital innovation and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Innovation at Andersen Lab since October 2021, Zofia drives innovation through digital technologies and oversees research and development projects while fostering a culture of innovation. Prior to this role, Zofia was the Head of Innovation at Billennium from December 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included developing innovation strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and creating new product development processes. Zofia's earlier career also includes positions as a Senior Product Manager at Billennium and Product Manager at Comarch, where Zofia honed skills in product development, stakeholder engagement, and market research. Zofia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Warsaw.
