Dick Cole

Dick Cole is the Managing Director at Andersen Tax, where they specialize in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, international tax, and IRS controversies since 2008. Prior to this role, they served as a Tax Partner at Grant Thornton LLP from 1982 to 2008, focusing on international and corporate tax. Dick began their career as a Tax Law Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service from 1972 to 1980, and served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1970. They hold a JD from Boston College Law School and an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown Law.
