Mark Klitgaard

Mark Klitgaard is a seasoned international tax and transfer pricing practitioner currently serving as a Director at Andersen since 2021. Their expertise includes guiding companies through the complexities of international tax regulations and transfer pricing strategies amid expansion and restructuring initiatives. Prior to this, Mark held the position of International Tax/Transfer Pricing Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 2010 to 2021, and they also served as an International Tax/Transfer Pricing Manager-Director at Deloitte Tax LLP from 1999 to 2010.
