Andrew Maas, MBA, currently serves as the Design Intent Manager at Andersen Corporation since February 2014, overseeing the item dimensional data team and the centralized CAD team while organizing strategies for efficient data conversion across multiple systems. Previous roles include Engineering Lead/Supervisor in Product Development, focusing on team management and project oversight, as well as Product Development Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from product design to process management and implementing improvements that significantly reduced scrap rates and shipping damage. Prior experience at Crown Iron Works Inc involved drafting, design, and project engineering tasks. Andrew holds an MBA in Data Analytics & Strategic Growth and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
