Benjamin Boldt

Benjamin Boldt is an experienced supply chain and operations leader with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and process improvements across multiple industries. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager I at Andersen Corporation since October 2018, Benjamin has been instrumental in capacity growth projects, procurement, and overall plant safety. Previous roles at Andersen include Value Stream Supervisor positions with a focus on operations leadership, as well as a Production Supervisor at 3M, where Benjamin managed production operations and promoted safety. Extensive experience at FedEx Ground involved operations management and new hire training, with earlier career beginnings as a manager at Treasure Trove.
