Bryce Buckles

Bryce Buckles is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience at Andersen Corporation since September 2008, currently serving as Director of Operations. In this role, Bryce oversees operations across six sites, focusing on strategic planning, lean manufacturing, financial management, and customer relationships. Previous positions include Site Leader and Manufacturing Operations Manager, where leadership was provided to achieve key performance indicators in a 24/7 extrusion operation, and Value Stream Manager for a large start-up operation, responsible for ramping up production and executing capital investment plans. Early career experience includes roles in supply chain management, achieving significant inventory reductions and backorder decreases. Bryce holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from UMN Carlson School of Management, and a B.S. in Economics, Communication, and Business Management from the University of Minnesota.
