Chad McKenzie is an experienced quality engineering professional with a strong background in leading teams and implementing quality management systems. Currently serving as Quality Engineering Lead/Supervisor at Andersen Corporation since October 2013, Chad oversees a team of Quality Technicians and develops procedures to ensure sustainability within the Bayport Windows Plant Quality Management System. Prior experience includes various roles at 3M from January 1998 to August 2013, including Quality Systems Supervisor in the Personal Safety Division and Quality Supervisor for the Drug Delivery Systems Division, where Chad championed quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
