Chuck Leroux

Chuck LeRoux has extensive experience in safety and environmental management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Safety and Environmental/Energy Services at Andersen Windows since September 1995. In this role, LeRoux provides leadership in fostering a safe workplace and develops programs and policies to enhance occupational safety across various Andersen entities. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Safety, Security, and Disability Management, and Manager of Corporate Safety and Health Services, where LeRoux was responsible for compliance with safety regulations and managing safety programs for a workforce exceeding 9,000 employees. Prior to Andersen, LeRoux held positions as Senior Safety Engineer at Alliant Techsystems, managing safety programs at a government facility, and as Safety Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions. LeRoux holds a master's degree in Industrial Safety and Health and a bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Development from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
