Dan Thury

Dan Thury is an experienced engineering project leader currently working at Andersen Corporation since June 1999, where roles have progressed from manufacturing engineer to overseeing manufacturing integration and transformation projects. Since 2017, Dan has led initiatives to enhance manufacturing capacity at the Renewal by Andersen plant, specifically focusing on new product lines. Prior roles involved leading cross-functional capital projects aimed at increasing manufacturing capacity and implementing Lean principles for process improvement. Additionally, Dan served as North Central Region Vice President for the Institute of Industrial Engineers, where a regional strategic plan was developed for over 16,000 members. Dan holds an MBA in Operations Management from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
