Drew Fleming

Drew Fleming is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Andersen Corporation since February 2021, leading E2E Supply Chain Projects to reduce operational expenses and enhance technological support for value creation. Previous roles at Andersen include Supply Chain Analyst II, where Drew facilitated significant reductions in backlog and customer service stabilization, and Supply Chain Analyst I, which involved implementing inventory strategies that decreased stockouts and inventory variances. Experience also includes a role as a Ski Instructor at Vail Resorts, a Customer Operations Specialist at General Mills that focused on maximizing efficiencies and customer relationships, and an internship as a Sourcing Specialist at Graco. Drew Fleming holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at the University of St. Thomas.
