Elice Chambers is a marketing leader and inclusion and equity advocate currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at Andersen Corporation since 2022. With a background that includes significant roles at 3M and Jostens, Elice has developed insights-based marketing strategies and led cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. In addition to professional endeavors, Elice volunteers as a consultant for School District 197, where they created a mentoring program to empower young women.
