Eric Nealy

Eric Nealy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Finance and Development at Andersen Corporation since January 2018, Eric oversees enterprise capital expenditures, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate treasury activities. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Corporate Development at Imation, where Eric led technology acquisitions and supported corporate restructuring efforts. Earlier roles at MoneyGram International and RBC Dain Rauscher involved international corporate development and strategic financial analysis, respectively. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
