Eric Rice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, supply chain management, and operations. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager II at Andersen Corporation since October 2016, Eric has progressed through roles including Value Stream Manager I and various supply chain management positions, championing optimization strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes financial analyst roles at Andersen Corporation and Renewal by Andersen, and senior accounting positions at Target and CBRE. Eric also founded 1st Choice Landscape and Lawncare, LLC, overseeing all aspects of the business. With a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Organizations and Marketing from The University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Eric is well-equipped to drive efficiencies and enhance financial precision across diverse industries.
