Greg Smith has a diverse background with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Production Supervisor and 3rd Shift Lead at Andersen Corporation since July 2019, Greg leads a multicultural team to produce high-quality products efficiently. Prior to this role, Greg was the CEO of Speed Print, Inc. for 30 years, overseeing all business operations. Greg also contributed to emergency services as the Lead Fire/EMS Instructor at Decision Driving Course from 1994 to 1999, training firefighters and medics in safe driving techniques. Additionally, Greg served as Captain at Rosemount Fire Department from 1991 to 1997, leading crews in emergency responses and incident command. Educationally, Greg completed the Extreme Ownership Course in 2020 at AND U and attended the University of St. Thomas in the late 1990s.
