Hannah Walsh

Hannah Walsh is currently a Materials Engineer at Andersen Corporation since October 2023, focusing on the R&D of extruded thermoplastics. Prior to this, Hannah spent over a decade at 3M, where roles included Advanced Research Engineer in the Display Materials and Systems Division, developing roll-to-roll film products for various electronic displays, and advancing vapor coating product and process development as a Research Engineer. Hannah's experience also includes serving as a Senior Master Laboratory Technician and Lab Research Physicist, where responsibilities involved designing experimental plans, collaborating on renewable energy projects, and managing testing protocols. Earlier professional experience includes a Laboratory Technician role at Cargill and an undergraduate research assistant position at the University of Minnesota. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Peace Studies from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
