Jay Libby has extensive experience in design and marketing, beginning with a position as Staff Industrial Designer at Worrell, Inc. from June 1982 to May 1986. Following this, Jay served as Director of Design at Winona Lighting from May 1986 to October 1989, where responsibilities included branding and product innovation. Jay continued in a similar role as Director of Design at Boyd Lighting Designs from October 1989 to June 1992, managing internal teams and contributing to overall design strategy. Since June 1992, Jay has held the position of Sr Content Marketing Manager at Andersen Windows while also taking on the role of Manager, Marketing Services. Since November 2020, Jay has been self-employed, marking a transition into retirement. Jay holds a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned between 1980 and 1983.
