Jeff Weeks is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and IT. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Andersen Storm Doors since January 2005, Jeff has successfully improved safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency, while driving creative solutions to enhance P&L and market share. Prior to this role, Jeff held various managerial positions at Andersen Windows and EMCO, including IT Business Unit Manager, along with significant contributions at Maytag Corporation and Meredith Corporation. Jeff holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from AIB, along with coursework at Iowa State University.
