Jodi Schubert

Jodi Schubert is a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with over 28 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, where they served in various roles, including Executive Leadership and Development Facilitator at the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and Human Resources Manager at Andersen Corporation since 2024. Jodi holds a Bachelor's in Social Sciences and a Master's in Organizational Leadership, both from Brandman University, and is committed to fostering inclusive cultures while upholding values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Their passion for human resources is matched by their belief in the power of emotional intelligence and the unique contributions of each individual. Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Jodi also enjoys connecting with new people and exploring hiking trails in their free time.
