Joe Pauley

Joe Pauley has a significant amount of work experience in leadership roles. Joe started their career at Uponor in 2001, where they held the position of President & Managing Director until 2005. In 2005, they joined Andersen Corporation as Director of National Accounts and later moved up to the position of Vice President & General Manager, which they held from 2007 to 2019. Joe then assumed the role of Vice President of Product & Business Management at the same company in November 2019.

Joe Pauley attended the University of Iowa from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Joe then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, although the specific start and end years are unknown.
