Justin Hanks is a proven transformational leader with an extensive background in Lean Six Sigma, Operations Excellence, startups, and turnaround projects. Currently serving as the Value Stream Manager at Andersen Corporation, Justin's previous roles include Director of Aluminum Operations at ELLWOOD Aluminum and Director of Operations at Ore Designs, where significant throughput increases were achieved. With a robust history in operations management across various industries, Justin has effectively overseen teams in both union and non-union environments and has contributed to process improvements that have generated substantial revenue.
