Kari Berthiaume has extensive experience in engineering and management within the manufacturing sector, primarily at Andersen Corporation since September 2003, where positions have included RDI Manager III, Advanced Manufacturing Systems Manager II, Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and Project/Manufacturing Engineer. In these roles, Kari has led new product development efforts, managed cross-functional teams, and overseen significant capacity expansion projects. Prior experience includes a position as a Design Engineer at Tapemark, focusing on developing personal care products, and an earlier role as a Quality Engineer Co-op at Andersen. Kari holds a Master’s of Science in Management Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
