Kari Ward

Kari Ward currently serves as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Andersen Corporation, where expertise in employee personal and job data within the HRIS ensures data integrity in support of HR functions since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kari amassed extensive experience at Honeywell from 1996 to 2020, progressing through various positions including Senior HRIS Analyst, where responsibilities included managing HR data management activities and serving as a liaison between business customers and IT. Additional roles at Honeywell involved leading implementations of critical projects, conducting stakeholder communications, and generating census reports while maintaining accuracy across systems. Kari's career began at Johnson Matthey as an HR Administrative Assistant, focusing on payroll operations and electronic time & attendance system implementation. Kari holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Spokane Colleges.
