Lauren Pierce has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of product management, quality assurance, and customer service. Currently a Product Owner and Scrum Master at Andersen Corporation since July 2018, Lauren has also held positions such as IT QA Associate in Dealer Experience and Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes serving as a Beertender at Badger Hill Brewing and as a Manager at AMC Theatres from 2011 to July 2018. Additionally, Lauren completed a volunteer program and training internship at Planned Parenthood North Central States in late 2017. Academically, Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Change from The College of St. Scholastica and a degree in Psychology with concentrations in Human Resources and Ethics from Metro State University.
