Lucy Stephenson

Lucy Stephenson is a Supply Chain Project Engineer I at Andersen Corporation, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy gained valuable experience at H.B. Fuller as a Process Improvement Engineer II and during a Professional Development Rotational Program, which included diverse roles in research & development, sourcing, sales & marketing, supply chain, and operations from July 2019 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Aide at 3M from July 2017 to May 2019, where Lucy focused on polymer characterization and testing in the Corporate Research Materials Laboratory. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned from 2015 to 2019.
