Luke Karschnik

Luke Karschnik is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Andersen Corporation since July 2022. In this role, Luke supports HR, Legal, Learning Development, and Communications while advising on talent strategies and building relationships with Hiring Leaders. Previously, Luke worked as a Talent Partner at CorTalent, where full-cycle recruiting efforts were managed across various functions, and strategic sourcing was executed. Luke's experience also includes a position as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Schwan's Home Delivery, where recruiting initiatives and a military program were co-led, and as a Senior Recruiting Consultant for multiple organizations. Luke began a career in recruitment at Ameriprise Financial Services and served in the Minnesota Army National Guard. Currently pursuing an MBA in Management and Leadership, Luke also holds a B.A. in Communication from Metro State University.
