Lydia M.

Lydia M. serves as the Inclusion Manager and Sr Learning and Development Consultant at Andersen Corporation since July 2019, where responsibilities include assessing organizational needs, developing learning solutions, and delivering impactful training while evaluating program effectiveness. Previously, Lydia held roles as Sr Talent Acquisition Partner and Learning and Performance Specialist, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and strategic hiring plans. Prior to Andersen, Lydia worked at Lurie, LLP (now EisnerAmper) as Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing recruitment strategies for various positions and managing onboarding processes. Experience also includes a role as Recruitment Supervisor and Recruiting Specialist at Fairview Health Services, where Lydia implemented standard recruitment procedures, as well as earlier positions in human resources and education. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
