Inclusion Manager

Lydia M. serves as the Inclusion Manager and Sr Learning and Development Consultant at Andersen Corporation since July 2019, where responsibilities include assessing organizational needs, developing learning solutions, and delivering impactful training while evaluating program effectiveness. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
