Matt Selchow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matt started their career as a System Administrator and Helpdesk Manager at CobornsDelivers, where they managed and maintained network infrastructure. Matt then worked as a Business Analyst at Best Buy, gathering requirements and optimizing processes for API development. Matt also served as a Business Analyst Contractor at Bluestem Brands, Inc., leading the API mapping effort and writing technical documents for system conversions. At Best Buy, they took on the role of Site Reliability Engineer Contractor, analyzing site performance data and resolving issues. Matt then joined USI Building Solutions as a Business Analyst, where they managed a mobile field service app and refactored backend systems. Matt later became a Technical Operations Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, overseeing a loyalty program and working with vendors on program direction. Currently, they are the IT Operations Center Manager at COUNTRY Financial®, responsible for managing the center’s operations. In the future, they will join Andersen Corporation as a Salesforce Support Lead.

Matt Selchow has a diverse education history. Matt was a candidate for a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Minnesota from 1990 to 1995. In 1990, they were also a B.S. candidate at the United States Air Force Academy. In 2012, Matt attended Big Nerd Ranch for an iOS Development Bootcamp. Matt furthered their education in 2016 and 2017 at Huge Improv Theater, where they studied improv. In addition to their formal education, Matt has obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum.org and ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in 2021.
