Max Richie is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in controls and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Controls Engineer at Andersen Corporation since November 2025, Max previously held roles at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. as a Project Engineer and at Tesla as an Associate Controls Engineer. Notably, Max worked at Festo USA as an Applications Engineer, providing consultative technical expertise to over 30 clients and coaching sales peers. Earlier experience includes designing and programming custom automation machinery at PERBIX and automating production systems at 3M. Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
