Melissa Lueders

Melissa Lueders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and operations management. Currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Andersen Corporation since January 2020, Melissa leads projects, coaches Green Belts, and identifies improvement opportunities. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Operations Planning at UnitedHealthcare, where Melissa managed projects within the Small Business Virtual Operations team and drove business planning initiatives. Melissa is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, having previously led improvement projects at UnitedHealthcare and Datacard Group, where training and mentorship were key responsibilities. Melissa's career began at Datacard Group, where management of domestic and international customer service operations was a focus. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and has further education from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
