Mike Dwyer

Mike Dwyer, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at Andersen Corporation, having begun this role in September 2025. Prior to this position, Mike held various leadership roles at Polaris Inc. from July 2015 to September 2025, including Director of Global Strategic Sourcing and Director of Supply Chain for Off Road Vehicles, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, supplier relationship management, and supply chain risk management. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Donaldson Company, Inc., where Mike advanced from Operations Development Associate to Account Executive, managing multinational customer accounts and leading strategic initiatives. Mike holds an MBA in Strategy & International Supply Chain from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BSB in Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota.
