Mike Peterson

Mike Peterson is an experienced manufacturing operations manager with over 25 years in the industry. Since January 2011, Mike has been with Andersen Corporation, leading operations in extrusion plant management, value stream management, and manufacturing engineering. Responsibilities include driving daily metrics, overseeing plant expansions, developing and managing budgets, and fostering a zero Incident Safety Culture. Previously, Mike held various engineering management roles at Renewal by Andersen and Andersen, where leadership in manufacturing engineering projects resulted in significant cost savings and operational improvements. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from St. Mary’s University.
