Mitch Rhoads

Mitch Rhoads has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Andersen Corporation since February 2010, with previous roles including Supply Chain Supervisor and Senior Supply Chain Analyst. In addition to overseeing various logistics functions, responsibilities included fleet supervision and improvements to planning processes. Participation in a rotational logistics development program featured roles in different locations and capacities, enhancing skills in logistics and corporate transportation. Earlier experience includes internships at the Neighborhood Development Center, Andersen Windows, and BAE Systems, along with a managerial role at Suzie's Funnel Cakes & More. Mitch holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota.
