Nikki Everson

Nikki Everson, CPPM, currently serves as a Project Manager - Customer Experience at Andersen Corporation, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Nikki accumulated extensive experience at Tactile Medical from October 2015 to September 2025, advancing from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and then to Patient Support Process Manager. In these roles, Nikki successfully led enterprise-level programs, directed process improvement initiatives, and launched a Virtual Patient Training Department that significantly increased operational efficiency. Earlier positions included supervisory and dispatch roles in healthcare and emergency services, highlighting skills in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety and Security from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate of Arts degree from Century College.
